Good list. In no particular order, mine are:
Eddie Pepitone, Doug Stanhope, Patton, Asterios Kokinos (no album, but I like him on podcasts and live), and Kumail Nanjiani.
Tig Notaro, Chelsea Peretti, Jen Kirkman, Kristen Schaal, and Laurie Kilmartin.
Think my favorite right now would be Jim Gaffigan. "Hot Pockets..."
I would add Jim Gaffigan to that list and put Louis C.K. a little higher. Amy Schumer is kinda hot and funny.
Ugly lists there, Josh! On the male list, the only one I would listen to would be Louis C.K....IMHO, the others suck pond water. As do all the women on your list. Give me Kathleen Madigan or Wanda Sykes any day! I agree with Alex, Jim Gaffigan needs to be on the list, along with Lewis Black.

No delicate sensibilities here! Louis would top my male list, and I'm ashamed I can't think of any female ones. I can't remember the last time I watched stand-up.
